When I joined Naturaliste Charters, I wanted more than just a help on the whale-watching tours; I wanted to make a difference.<\/p>\n

Every expedition is a chance to connect with the ocean\u2019s wonders and contribute to the conservation of these incredible creatures.<\/p>\n

Sustainability is at the heart of what we do.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re proud to hold Eco-tourism and Ecostar certifications, which guide our practices to protect the ocean.<\/p>\n

By reducing waste, avoiding single-use plastics where possible, and using fuel-efficient vessels, we minimise our environmental footprint.<\/p>\n

Each trip we conduct is designed not only to provide a memorable experience but also to preserve the natural habitat of the animals we admire.<\/p>\n

Knowing that our efforts support marine health makes each tour deeply rewarding.<\/p>\n

Education is a Huge Focus<\/h3>\n

Education is a huge focus for us. Our team of marine biologists and experienced guides make every tour informative and engaging.<\/p>\n

We don\u2019t just talk about the whales and dolphins we encounter; we dive into their behaviours, life cycles, and the challenges they face due to human impact and climate change.<\/p>\n

These insights transform how our guests view marine life, fostering a sense of responsibility that lasts long after the tour ends.<\/p>\n

Listening to the underwater calls of whales through our onboard hydrophones is a reminder of their beauty and vulnerability.<\/p>\n

For anyone curious about Western Australia\u2019s marine biodiversity, we offer a range of tours tailored to the seasonal movements of these majestic animals.<\/p>\n

In Dunsborough and Busselton, our tours run from September to December, following the humpback and blue whale migrations.<\/p>\n

In Bremer Bay, from January to April, our Orca Expeditions take visitors to one of the few places in the world where they can observe orcas feeding in the wild.<\/p>\n

Each experience is awe-inspiring, educational, and conducted in a way that respects the animals\u2019 space and natural behaviours.<\/p>\n

Marine Research and Local Conservation Projects<\/h3>\n

We\u2019re also actively involved in supporting marine research and local conservation projects.<\/p>\n

During our tours, we gather valuable data\u2014such as sighting information and behavioural observations\u2014that we share with researchers.<\/p>\n
