Pioneering Spirit

Our journey began over 30 years ago when we became the first company to introduce whale watching tours to Western Australia’s South-West. In 2009, Paul and Alison took the helm of Naturaliste Charters with a commitment to continue the tradition of responsible whale watching while enhancing the experience for our guests. Since then, we’ve been dedicated to supporting research projects, developing unique on-board learning experiences, and pioneering new oceanic expeditions.

One such expedition is the Bremer Canyon Killer Whale Expedition, developed in collaboration with Dave Riggs. This groundbreaking experience offers wildlife enthusiasts a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to witness some of the healthiest Killer Whales on the planet in Bremer Bay, a unique experience for Australia. Today, Naturaliste Charters offers three unforgettable Whale Watching experiences that will leave you in awe. From the picturesque coastal town of Bremer Bay in the Great Southern region to Augusta and Dunsborough in the renowned Margaret River Wine Region, our whale watching and Killer Whale experiences take guests on a journey like no other.
